Macaroni gratin

From the Destiny Day recipe kitchen: 45 minutes, serves 4.

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and boil the pasta 8 minutes.
2. Cook butter and flour, whisk in milk and stir in half the cheese, nutmeg and salt.
3. Mix pasta and sauce in a dish and top with the remaining cheese.
4. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden.
